Lipoma in Perineum- An Unusual Location

Subcutanoeus lipomas are rarely seen in the perineum. We describe a 55 years old man with four years history of a 10cm long soft lobulated between the scrotum and anus. This was successfully excised and was shown to be a lipoma on histopathological exam.
